How do I buy a domain?
You can browse listings or use our advanced search filters. Once you find a domain you like, simply click 'Buy Now' to proceed to our secure checkout, or place a bid if it's currently at auction.
Do I need to verify my domain before selling?
Yes. To maintain a safe and spam-free marketplace, we require sellers to verify domain ownership via an automated DNS TXT record before the listing goes live.
What is the Escrow process?
For your safety, payments are held securely in our Escrow system. Once the buyer confirms they have successfully received the domain transfer from you, we immediately release the funds to your account.
How do charity donations work?
When completing a transaction, buyers and sellers choose to allocate a percentage of the sale to a charity. You can pick from our Top 10 list, which is actively voted on by verified users every year.
How do I earn Growth Points and Level Up?
You earn points by performing everyday actions: logging in, purchasing domains, selling, voting for charities, or sharing listings! Read our specific Guide on the Growth Center page for all point breakdowns.
Fee & Donation Rules
These are the current default marketplace rules:
- Buyer platform fee: 5%.
- Seller platform fee: 5%.
- Buyer donation: minimum 1% per deal.
- Seller donation: minimum 1% per deal (can be higher per listing).
Platform donation commitment: we currently donate 2% of platform profit to charity, and may increase this to 3% or more as growth allows.
